In order to expedite the handling of your matter, please use the online filing system to present your claim and materials.
Once you have gathered your information and documents, please enter the site by clicking on the "Submit a new Incident" button and select from the following claim types depending on the nature of your shipment:
* Containerized shipments
* Automobile shipments [Non-Commercial]
* Out of gage shipments [Over High and Wide] including large commercial vehicles
Please completed the form related to your incident type, being as specific as you can. After saving the basic form you will be able to upload documentation and pictures as suggested on each of the claims screens. The more fully you can complete the form and provide documentation the more expeditiously your claim may be processed.
